New Mr. Transmission/Milex Store to Open in Kansas City

Store Will Offer Complete Range of Automotive and Transmission Repair      

 

Kansas City, MO – (March 2023) - Moran Family of Brands, a national leader of general automotive repair, transmission repair and window tint services, announced its newest franchise location with a Mr. Transmission/ Milex Complete Auto Care store in Kansas City.

 

The new store is owned by Matt Crouch and his father, Russ. They will be joined by Matt’s brother, Mason, who will serve as the store’s manager. All three family members are military veterans, having each served in the United State Marine Corps.

The family took over operations of the location in mid-December, which had previously been an independent auto repair store. The new store is located at 4001 Prather Rd in Kansas City and will hold a grand opening ceremony on March 31. It marks the first Mr. Transmission/Milex location in the state of Missouri.

“We are all interested in building something that will be an integral part the community and be a potential legacy for our family,” said Matt Crouch. “The automotive industry is a space that we felt suited the important values we learned in the military of dedication, hard work and service to others.”

 

Mr. Transmission/Milex Complete Auto Care is a co-branded operation under franchisor Moran Family of Brands. The two brands offer customers a comprehensive selection of automotive repair and maintenance services. 

 

Milex provides customers with preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repair, and radiator and cooling systems and engine repair along with a full range of diagnostic services.  Mr. Transmission specializes in repair and installation of a vehicle’s transmission systems and drivetrain components. Together, the two brands provide customers with a one-stop shop to meet all their car care needs.

The Milex/Mr. Transmission store will be open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
