Barbara Moran

Co-Founder, Chairwoman, CEO – 1990

I am passionate about helping people go in business for themselves but not by themselves! My role with Moran is to look ahead toward the future, setting our vision as we move forward, remembering to pay attention to what brought us here and continue to be fiscally responsible for our future.

Peter Baldine

President - 1999

I love seeing our system grow and seeing our franchisees achieve their goals and dreams! To support Barb’s role as the visionary, my responsibility is to implement our strategies and work with our support center team, and our franchisees, to insure that we deliver on the desired results.

Chief Operating Officer - 1992

Franchisee success is my main focus! It is important for me to see franchisees grow their centers year over year while increasing their profitability. I provide assistance and advice to help franchisees become successful.

I dot the i’s and cross the t’s, helping the family one form at a time! I update FDD’s annually and State registration renewals, prepare Franchise Agreements and amendments, track franchisee paperwork, and vet candidates.

Amanda Maquet

Marketing Director - 2017

It is my goal to help make our franchisees phones ring off the hook! Overseeing the marketing department, I manage our preferred marketing vendors, creative fund assets and make sure we are following the current marketing trends. Our franchisees digital and lead performance is my biggest concern and I make sure their advertising dollars are being well spent in all local marketing activities.

Sharon Krygowski

Controller - 2022

Not to pat my own back, but I really do 'excel' at using Microsoft Excel! Financials are the way to know if your business is doing everything well or if you need to modify your processes. I, and the accounting staff I supervise, do our very best to put the figures into the right accounts and we're here to help our franchisees.

Jack E. Yost, Jr.

VP of Corporate Services - 1974

Longevity is my strong suit and I am a wealth of knowledge! I work with franchisees to find ways to maximize their profits, improve phone procedures, lead count, production, sales, conversions and daily issues. With new centers I work on getting them set up and ready to go with all the equipment they need to get started. I also assist with our preferred vendors.

My dream car is a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport 454 (450 HP)

Accounting Clerk - 1997

As a surrogate mother of the family, I keep our ducks in a row! I handle accounts receivable, mail processing, banking, weekly report processing, and assisting franchisees.

My dream car is my 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo Pace car

I sold my shop, but loved the family so much I couldn’t leave! Being a successful franchisee turned Moran employee I help centers with the day to day and the technical challenges of repairing and servicing today’s vehicles.

I enjoy the opportunity of being a small part of a big decision! I facilitate franchise candidates through Moran’s 6-Step Discovery Process by sharing information and answering questions. I promote our brands within the franchise industry by working closely with our broker networks.

See me for anything IT! I’m needed when your computer crashes! I work to ensure everything runs smoothly on the computers in the office and for our point of sales system for our franchisees.

Collections Specialist - 2015

I love talking to all the franchisees, they have become like family! I check up on franchisees to see how things are going, ask for reports and assist them in making payments or making arrangements to pay.

Grant Maquet

Media Director & Business Development Manager - 2018

Creating videos is fun but what I most enjoy is directly helping our franchisees create a successful business! I create video content for television commercials, social media, radio, video series’ for business management and technical training; all to support Moran and our franchisees. I train our franchisees on how to establish themselves in their local marketing through outside sales, generating fleet accounts and creating awareness. I also assist with site selection for franchise conversions and work with our franchisees to hire military veterans.

I keep everything moving one number at a time! I process payables for Moran and the company owned centers, reconcile bank statements, and reconcile the company credit card.

Marketing Manager- 2020

I help our franchisees rake in the leads! I manage our social media, assist our franchisees in their marketing requests, run marketing evaluations and assist with our marketing vendors.

Marketing Coordinator - 2021

Graphically speaking, I love being creative and helping our franchisees! I design our print materials, social media posts and additional graphics for Moran and our franchisees. I also assist in managing our social media pages.

I want to be your go to for recruiting! I help our office run smoothly by managing human resources, handling benefits and risk management, as well as assist with new hire management for Moran and our franchisees.
